Paige and her husband, Will, moved to Germantown from Oxford, MS and she began her career in 2008. Paige not only has a love for hair but for her ever growing clientele as well. She always aspired to own a salon so that she could create the perfect atmosphere. Paige continues to train in advanced hair color and cutting education. She believes in giving not just a one of a kind experience and consistent service, but creating and providing each guest with what they need to recreate their look at home. “Customer service and client interaction is why I love what I do!”

Kim Phalin

Salon Manager

Kim grew up in East Memphis and began her career as an Esthetician in 2001, becoming board certified in both Tennessee and California. When life took her to the West Coast,  she worked as the Lead Esthetician at a Salon and Spa as well as a team member working for a Cosmetic Surgeon. After her first child was born in 2009, she became a stay at home Mom welcoming a daughter two years later. In 2014, they moved to Germantown, taking a leap of faith and deciding to remain in Tennessee indefinitely, Kim is excited to once again pursue her passion in the salon industry. Her favorite aspect of her job is not only the transformation in our client’s appearance, but also more importantly how they feel when they walk out of our door!

Kelsey Weaver


Kelsey was born and raised in Collierville, and now lives in Cordova with her husband, Austin. Kelsey knew from an early age, growing up with her mom as a hair stylist, that she had a love for doing hair. She got her education from Gould’s Academy, where she mastered Sassoon style cutting. Kelsey has a passion for hair painting, waxing and wedding/special occasion hair. “I strive to give my clients the best salon experience possible.”

Chanler Stark


Chanler is a born and bred Memphian, but started her beauty industry journey in Starkville, MS in 2009. After she received her licensure, she began working at La Rousse Salon and Spa in Oxford, MS in 2010. She built an amazing clientele over for five years, and humbly received many awards for her hard work. The salon was voted best in Oxford and also was listed in the  top 100 salons in the nation, by Elle Magazine, two years in a row. It was the only salon featured and recognized in Mississippi. She had the honor of training in New York City along side Vaughan •v76• summer of 2014. There she received extensive skills and knowledge on platinum seamless extensions, Oribe training in haircuts, and thorough product knowledge. She styled the ladies that were a part of the Ole Miss Parade of Beauties Pageant. Chanler had more weddings than she could count, and absolutely loves doing wedding hair for brides and bridal parties. Her talent is incredible and blondes – well, let’s be honest – all colors are her specialty! After Chanler and husband, Joel, found out they were expecting a baby, they wanted to move back home and be close to family. Fast forward five months and Chanler joined the team at Salon Dixie! She can’t wait to build new relationships with fellow Memphians, and is glad to be home! She hopes to see her career expand exponentially at her new home at Salon Dixie!

Gracie Duncan


Gracie was born and raised in Germantown, TN. She has a funky, spunky personality and is the mommy to a beautiful baby girl. The reason Gracie wanted to start doing hair is to have a part in helping people feel good about themselves. "It's more than just the hair, it's how you feel when you leave." Gracie is extensively trained in men's grooming; she has an artistic eye for color and shape and loves helping you achieve your hair color goals. Gracie's strives to form relationships with her clients and make their experience meaningful. She prides herself in teaching and explaining techniques. Gracie wants you to know what to do with your hair when you get home. She says, "You should feel good about what your hair looks like everyday, not just when you leave my chair."

Jennifer Pittman


Jennifer, a licensed aesthetician, has fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a stylist. Married to her husband, Alan, for 17 years and the mother of 2 boys; she loves coffee, lip gloss, graphic tees and tough workouts. Jennifer says a great consultation is the basis of a fantastic experience and believes that beauty lies in everyone. She wants to bring out the best in you and strives in making her clients feel confident and comfortable. Jennifer stands on the idea you should love what you do and she hopes you feel that by the experience you get while sitting in her chair. She loves blow outs, styling, and color...whether you’re discussing hair color or your basic styling needs, Jennifer will be sure you leave with the knowledge you need to make every day a great hair day!
